Organization for Adroit Novice Apprentice (OANA) - Hands to hold and to help 

 

Organization for Talented Beginner Students.The purpose of the OANA is to create a network

among students that will better prepare them for their future careers. We tend to stand by every high school/college student and help them settle in reputable institutions across Pakistan. We encourage every student to bring knowledge from various fields and share them with other group members. We also provide students with access to learning materials.
Currently we are focusing on students studying all over Pakistan, but we aim to further widen our focus on students overseas.
We will soon be in a position to organize different social and educational events in Pakistan. Arrange Seminars and workshops being conducted by well-known personalities in different subjects, for our proud members.
Further our organization aim to:

• Provide a variety of educational experiences that will encourage organization members to broaden their knowledge of and increase their enthusiasm for their chosen occupational areas.
• Provide opportunities for social interaction among organization members.
• Encourage all students to be in the student organizations of their choice.
• Assist students to increase their knowledge of and skill in functioning in a leadership position (i.e. planning, delegating, decision making).
• Assist students to increase their knowledge of and skill in functioning as a group member (i.e. cooperation, reaching consensus).
• Assist students to develop a more positive and realistic attitude toward themselves, their peers and the college/university.
• Promote community awareness and responsibility through professional conferences, chapter activities, and college/university and community improvement projects.
• Provide opportunities for intelligent career choices.
